Our team has a laser focus on establishing a school environment that promotes student learning and success; a full and rich curriculum; and the ongoing training and professional development of high performing administrators and teachers.

Accreditations
EdisonLearning is accredited as a Learning Service Provider by the Middle States Association Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools (MSA-CESS).
All alternative learning academies managed by EdisonLearning currently hold Cognia Accreditation for schools.
EdisonLearning has received approval for NCAA initial eligibility for high school athletes for a selection of core high school Competency-Based, Honors, and Project-Based online courses.
Digital Learning Collaborative
The Digital Learning Collaborative (DLC) is a membership organization dedicated to exploring, producing, and disseminating data, information, news, and best practices in digital learning. The DLC works in a variety of online and blended learning settings (e.g., mainstream classrooms, alternative education, online schools, credit recovery programs), and provides opportunities for educators, policymakers, and members of the media. The Evergreen Education Group manages the Collaborative.

CAOLA is the largest online learning consortium in Pennsylvania. Membership in CAOLA provides students with EdisonLearning’s engaging, high-quality curriculum. The courses are customized to fit their needs while teaching valuable technology skills that are essential for success in the 21st century. CAOLA supports their schools, districts, and IU members with training, a service desk, and yearly professional development.

1991 - The Edison Project
Turned around three lowest-performing schools in Baltimore.
2001 - Edison Schools
Increased student achievement in 20 Philadelphia schools and 60 schools in Hawaii.

Launched a virtual learning model and alternative education academies.
2014 - EdisonLearning®
