The ongoing professional development found in the Learning Force™ program reflects our belief that the classroom teacher is the key to quality instruction and implementation of the program. The Learning Force team works closely with districts and schools to provide a diverse range of training to meet the needs of teachers and district personnel.
By working closely with the customer, Learning Force provides the professional development needed at the district level. Moreover, the training, topics, and type of support are tailored to reflect the needs, interests, and capacity of each participating school.
Learning Force has the goal of building professional capacity within each school and across the district. Our experienced educators use “train-the-trainer” models and provide the support systems and processes to enable school personnel to maintain and extend the needed professional development. Furthermore, scripts, slides, and handouts help schools and districts build their professional development capacity.
Learning Force is proud to collaborate with schools to deliver the professional development that teachers need to implement a successful extended learning program. Teachers learn and employ the most effective best practices and engagement strategies through modeling and coaching with their own students. Finally, Learning Force provides relevant training on techniques that lead right back to the classroom – benefiting students, teachers, and schools by improving all instruction and helping to build a culture of achievement.
