Enhancing the learning environment
The Alliance Achievement Team works closely with
schools to establish a positive learning environment: a supportive
atmosphere with a foundation of core values that reflect community
and school goals, where students feel safe and are focused on
learning.
Alliance provides schools with a rich array of
resources from EdisonLearning’s Student Management Handbook,
putting in place initiatives that set high expectations, remind
students of expected behavior, and provide incentives to reward
good conduct.
In addition, the Alliance Achievement Team works
together with teachers and administrators to analyze student
behavior data and address areas of concern before they become real
problems. The end result is an environment in which students are
empowered to shape the quality of their experiences, recognize and
