What you need to apply

We follow a rigorous selection process to choose our leaders. All candidates must:

• Complete an online application
• Complete one to two leadership assessments
• Provide a copy of their administrative certificate
• Complete a writing sample
• Provide transcripts
• Participate in interviews
• Provide references

Good candidates should also possess:

• Masters Degree in Education
• Five years of successful teaching experience
• Three years of successful elementary and/or middle school building administration experience
• Experience in data-based decision making
• Solid background in curriculum and instruction
• Excellent organizational, planning, and implementation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• The ability to work productively and positively with staff, students, and parents
